★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. E' una settimana che vengo preso in giro. Impossibile avere un preventivo per un pc nonostante le numerose mail. A telefono mi dicono sempre di aver quasi finito o addirittura di averlo mandato.
Non c'è il minimo rispetto per il cliente, figuriamoci la professionalità.
Dopo numerosi tentativi sono riuscito a strappargli una cifra senza preventivo ufficiale: "1200 euro". Chiesti due preventivi analoghi ad altri negozi mi hanno risposto tempestivamente dichiarando una cifra di circa 700 euro. Non è necessario aggiungere altro.

There is not the slightest respect for the customer, let alone professionalism.
After numerous attempts I managed to snatch a figure from him without an official quote: "1200 euros". Asked for two similar quotes to other stores, they replied promptly stating a figure of about 700 euros. No need to add anything else.

In altri due posti mi avevano detto che il display del mio portatile era da sostituire perché guasto invece loro mi ha confermato che era solo un cavetto allentato.
Sempre in un altro posto mi hanno detto che l'hard-disk poteva abbandonarmi da un momento all'altro e che dovevo affrettarmi a sostituirlo, invece loro mi hanno detto che il disco è solo un po' usurato e non vi è la necessitò di sostituirlo, a meno che io non voglia che vada più veloce installando un ssd.
Prezzi buoni e soprattutto forniscono consigli onesti, inoltre sono sempre gentili e cortesi.
Thanks to the numerous positive reviews I have recently relied on them several times and can vouch for the honesty and competence of these people.
In two other places they told me that my laptop display had to be replaced because it was broken but they confirmed that it was just a loose cable.
Always in another place they told me that the hard-disk could leave me at any moment and that I had to hurry to replace it, instead they told me that the disk is just a little worn and there is no need to replace it, unless I want it to go faster by installing an ssd.
Good prices and above all they provide honest advice, plus they are always kind and courteous.
