★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attualmente non posso essere contento,ho portato 15 giorni fa un tv in garanzia e a tutto oggi nessuna notizia,al telefono non rispondono,ma parte solo una registrazione.....bla bla. Avevo fatto presente che era tv che possedevo,mi toccherà acquistarne uno nuovo,siamo nuovamente chiusi in casa e almeno la tv ci fa compagnia.
Insomma ci vuole pazienza,ritirato il tv a cui è stato sostituito il pannello video risultato difettoso,ora è perfetto. Diciamo che comunque l'assistenza funziona ,grazie.
 Currently I can not be happy, 15 days ago I brought a TV under warranty and today no news, the phone does not answer, but only a recording starts ..... bla bla. I had pointed out that it was a TV I owned, I will have to buy a new one, we are closed again at home and at least the TV keeps us company.
In short, it takes patience, withdrawn the TV which was replaced with the video panel that was defective, now it is perfect. Let's say that the assistance works anyway, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisi e competenti. Un po' lontani dalla città e scomodi da raggiungere. Nonostante siano nella zona industriale non c'è parcheggio. Unica assistenza Samsung, non capisco la scelta della casa madre.
Precise and competent. A little far from the city and uncomfortable to reach. Although they are in the industrial area there is no parking. Samsung only assistance, I do not understand the choice of the parent company.

Me l'hanno mandato la SAMSUNG per riparare una lavatrice che è ancora in garanzia... Il problema poi è risultato un interruttore che non funzionava e va bene.
A parte il fatto che il tecnico è stato molto sgarbato e scorbutico, mi ha fatto pagare €70,00 dichiarando di aver effettuato due pezzi di ricambi su un interruttore COSA NON VERA PERCHÉ ERO PRESENTE. Non ha cambiato assolutamente nulla!!!
Bad experience!
SAMSUNG sent it to me to repair a washing machine that is still under warranty ... The problem then turned out to be a switch that didn't work and that's okay.
Apart from the fact that the technician was very rude and grumpy, he charged me € 70.00 claiming to have made two spare parts on a switch WHAT IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I WAS PRESENT. It has changed absolutely nothing !!!
