★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale preparato e gentilissimo. Ho avuto bisogno qualche anno fa per un telefono cellulare in garanzia e in pochi giorni ho ricevuto assistenza con sostituzione batteria . Ieri ho portato una tv Samsung fuori garanzia che non si connetteva alla rete. Il tecnico ha voluto provarla in mia presenza e la tv ha funzionato regolarmente. Quindi aggiungo alla professionalità e alla gentilezza anche l'onestà e la serietà .
Staff prepared and very kind. I needed a few years ago for a cell phone under warranty and within days I received battery replacement service. Yesterday I brought an out of warranty Samsung tv that wouldn't connect to the network. The technician wanted to try it in my presence and the TV worked regularly. So I add honesty and seriousness to professionalism and kindness.

Segnalato in samsung il venerdi ed il mercoledi successivo sono venuti i tecnici ad effettuare la sostituzione.

i had a problem with a samsung tv related to a screen defect.
Reported in samsung on Friday and the following Wednesday, the technicians came to make the replacement.
What can I say, professional, polite, fast and friendly. Highly recommended !!

Excellent Samsung service center, the lady who was at the reception showed kindness and interest in my problem (I had the speaker of my S9 cell that was very quiet) within 10 minutes they solved the problem. Congratulations, and thanks again!
