G	Gianni Brega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 23 giorni (stimati erano 10) di attesa (era sempre impegnato il professionista) e svariate telefonate dove il "tecnico" -prima mi dice che cercherà il pezzo originale, poi che proverà ad adattarcene un altro e poi di nuovo che sta cercando l'originale per poi dirmi con aria scocciata che o lo riprendevo rotto o poteva cercare di ripararlo in qualche modo- decido di andarmi a riprendere il mio ampli con potenziometro del volume danneggiato e vengo messo incredibilmente al corrente che il potenziometro originale è ormai irreperibile....in pratica mi comunica ciò che gli avevo fatto presente io quando l'ho lasciato in assistenza infatti la mia richiesta era quella di trovare un potenziometro adattabile. Tra l'altro mi chiede anche 15 euro (se non la richiedevo io nemmeno la ricevuta) per il suo lavoro....ovvero per aver tolto quattro viti e per essersi accertato che il potenziometro era rotto (chiaramente altra cosa constatata alla mia consegna) e per avere fatto una presunta telefonata alla Denon. Per concludere in bellezza...nella discussione non faccio caso (colpa mia) che mi restituisce l'apparecchio con segni sul frontale, sul coperchio e nell'alloggio delle viti a conferma che non sapeva usare neanche un giravite e dimostrando totale incuria per l'apparecchio. Una presa in giro per più di tre settimane per non fare nulla anzi per fare danni e poi prendersi 15 euro.
