E la a cortesia, credo che per togliere uno spinotto incastrato da un piccolo apparecchio chiedere indicativamente 50€ sia esagerato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa 10 mesi fa, esattamente novembre 2015, ho portato qui il mio televisore a riparare la scheda video, hanno detto che avrebbero ordinato il pezzo via internet e che sarebbe servito qualche mese di tempo per l'arrivo della merce. Io sono passata ogni mese a chiedere notizie e mi hanno sempre risposto che il pezzo era stato ordinato ma era fermo in dogana e che bisognava aspettare qualche mese per sdoganarlo, oggi settembre 2016 vengo a sapere che il pezzo non è mai stato ordinato e che quindi loro chiuderebbero qui l'assistenza. Hanno inoltre aggiunto che non avevano mai detto che il pezzo fosse stato fermo in dogana. Ottimo modo per tenersi i 30 euro di acconto e chiudere qui la faccenda.Non andateci.
About 10 months ago, exactly November 2015, I brought my TV here to repair the video card, they said they would order the piece over the internet and it would take a few months for the goods to arrive. Every month I went to ask for news and they always replied that the piece was ordered but it was stopped at customs and that it was necessary to wait a few months to clear it, today September 2016 I learn that the piece has never been ordered and therefore they would close assistance here. They also added that they had never said that the piece had been stopped at customs. Great way to keep the 30 euros down payment and close the matter here. Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato ad aggiustare lo schermo di un iPhone 6, alla cifra di 160€ (prezzo da professionisti!!), dopo 5 giorni dalla riparazione cacciando il telefono dalla tasca schermo visibilmente lesionato dall'interno ed alzato (incapacità nel montaggio?), mi reco cortesemente dal rivenditore mi dice che é un danno che ho procurato io usando il cel!!! Quando stesso un altro ragazzo (nipote del proprietario) che lavora presso il "centro" mi aveva detto che era visibile che é stato un difetto di probabile montaggio!!
I brought to fix the screen of an iPhone 6, at the price of 160 € (professional price !!), after 5 days of repair by hunting the phone from the screen pocket visibly damaged from the inside and raised (incapacity in the assembly?), I I politely say from the retailer he tells me that it is a damage I have procured using the cel !!! When another boy (grandson of the owner) who works at the "center" himself told me that it was visible that it was a defect of probable assembly !!
