I prezzi sono onesti e il personale è qualificato e molto disponibile. Sembra di essere in famiglia! Proprio un gran bel negozio poi nel periodo natalizio è stra- illuminato da tutti i tipi possibili e immaginabili di luci lucine lucette! Complimenti davvero!!! Beautiful and well-stocked display of all kinds of chandeliers. From the simplest to the historical ones and prestigious brands. The prices are fair and the staff are qualified and very helpful. It seems to be in the family! Just a great shop then in the Christmas period it is over-illuminated by all possible and imaginable types of lights. Sincere congratulations!!!

La risposta è stata che le lampade non hanno garanzia!!! .....nel 2021 una risposta in simile fa veramente ridere....pessima esperienza! Ci rechiamo io è mia moglie per acquistare dei lampadari è gia entrando notiamo l'aggressività di un addetto ai lavori nel comunicarci che dovevamo misurarci la febbre ...è ok ci può star ...in questo periodo di pandemia...poi chiediamo ad un addetto se potevamo chiedere un informazione la sua risposta a noi è stata a me no chiedete a quelli al banco ma erano tutti impegnati !( volevo chiedere solo come si facesse ad accedere al piano di sopra visto che vi era una catena ) Da li a 15 minuti qualcuno si degna di chiederci se avessimo avuto bisogno ...io chiedo come si doveva fare per salire all esposizione lampadari ,mi viene risposto che dovevo suonare il campanello ed un addetto sarebbe venuto a prenderci ! Passa una buona mezzora in cui suono il campanello 3 volte e solo all'ultimo tentativo una ragazza mi risponde avete prenotato ?? Io dico no ...e lei allora dovete tornare un altra volta ! Ma invece di farci aspettare 45 minuti x che non è stato detto subito ? Cmq i 700€ che potevo spendere li li ho spesi a savignano in un negozio piu qualificato dove il personale e cordiale ed educato ! Gestisco delle attività anche io e so bene che quando il proprietari non sono sul posto la gente fa quello che vuole !! Così si perdono clienti nuovi e vecchi ! Trovo assurdo nel 2021 che un'azienda non ti permetta di fare il reso con lo scontrino; inoltre un dipendente si è permesso di dirmi "Dov'era lei ieri sera quando le ha comprate?!" e alla cassa: "ma costano talmente poco.." Alla fine dopo aver chiamato il titolare mi hanno cambiato le lampadine, senza farmi il reso, senza farmi pagare la differenza e senza rifarmi lo scontrino. Perciò le lampadine sono senza garanzia. Questa è la serietà di un'azienda ? No.. questo è come perdere i clienti. Bad experience !! Yesterday I bought some bulbs that this morning I wanted to change because of lower power than desired.
