Richiamati per collaudo caldaia, ma nulla problema impianto dicono. Faccio smontare caldaia e riportata dove comprata, i tecnici riscontrano macchina guasta, mi hanno rimborsato. Bad experience, called for boiler activation, the machine did not turn on the technician blamed the system. Done system check ok. Called back for boiler testing, but no system problem they say. I have the boiler disassembled and brought back where bought, the technicians found a faulty machine, they refunded me.
S	Sonia Gualeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato questa mattina alla sede di Saluggia per chiedere se lavorano anche a Torino per una sostituzione caldaia e mi hanno detto di no , quindi ho pensato di chiamare la sede di Chivasso non accorgendomi che a rispondere era la centralinista di prima che molto scocciata mi dice : ma signora ha appena chiamato !!! Le ho già detto di no !!! Scusate il disturbo , non chiamerò sicuramente più . Cortesia e professionalità qui non sono di casa , non mi era mai successo di essere trattata così , anche perché io chiedo sempre le cose con gentilezza ... s	sebastian maruffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi che come servizio molto bene installazioni ecc...per un fatto di assistenza un pochino meno, per cambiare/sistemare un termosifone a gas ho dovuto aspettare 10 giorni per poi non sapere precisamente dov'era il problema e andare ad indovinare (cercando di abbindolare il cliente con un problema non veritiero) rischiando di dover pagare più del dovuto. A parte questo per il resto tutto ok...prodotti consigliati da loro ottimi... I would say that as a very good service installations etc ... for a little less assistance, to change / fix a gas radiator I had to wait 10 days before not knowing exactly where the problem was and guess (trying to duping the customer with an untruthful problem) risking having to overpay. Apart from that everything else is ok ... products recommended by them excellent ...
