Diego che ha effettuato i lavori in modo eccellente dimostrando molta competenza. Consigliato senza dubbi! Lunedì mattina chiamo x riferire di un guasto , 2 giorni senza acqua calda.. mi risponde il titolare con fare poco cordiale e voglia di risolvere il problema ankora meno.. mi dice che mi farà sapere. Ok aspetto 6-7 ore invano sperando in una chiamata ma nulla... Anche dopo che per telefono avevo spiegato di avere a casa un neonato di 6 giorni di vita col sedere viola xké lo stavo lavando da 2 giorni solo con salviette.. chiamo il numero verde e mi dicono di rivolgermi al centro assistenza di Leinì.. cordialissimi mi fissano un Intervento x il Mattino successivo... e il problema è cessato.. In definitiva è la seconda volta Ke vengo trattato in qst modo dal sig Caglioti e penso di avviare una segnalazione a Vaillant come mi è stato proposto dal numero verde... State alla larga... Persona poco efficiente Forgotten surgery.
