★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, sono incompetenti e per nulla seri. Avevo chiesto loro un preventivo per clima su 2 stanze, piano terra e primo piano, da ~20mq l'una. Mi hanno consigliato e installato un 18000btu assicurandomi che avrebbe raffreddato anche la stanza di sopra. Praticamente, la stanza al primo piano è un forno, il clima raffredda solo a pian terreno, ovviamente, il freddo scende. Avevo chiesto loro di installarlo in altra posizione, dove sicuramente qualche ondata di fresco avrebbe raggiunto anche il piano superiore, ma avrebbero dovuto spostare un cavo elettrico già esistente in casa: han detto che non sapevano come fare. Come se non bastasse, hanno lasciato un buco aperto interno casa: son 2 settimane che li chiamo, ma rispondono che hanno lavori più urgenti da fare e che il buco non da problemi. Da qualche giorno non rispondono neanche più al telefono. Probabilmente, si sentiranno furbi ad aver ingannato un nuovo cliente che pensando di avere a che fare con dei seri professionisti non ha esitato a sborsare loro 1250€ per clima e installazione. Se avrete a che fare con costoro, non pagateli mai prima di esservi accertati che il lavoro sia stato fatto con tutti i crismi.
Unfortunately, they are incompetent and not serious at all. I asked them for an estimate for the climate on 2 rooms, ground floor and first floor, of ~ 20sqm each. They recommended and installed an 18000btu and made sure it would cool the room upstairs as well. Basically, the room on the first floor is an oven, the climate cools only on the ground floor, obviously, the cold drops. I had asked them to install it in another position, where surely a few waves of cool would also reach the upper floor, but they would have to move an existing electric cable in the house: they said they did not know how to do it. As if that were not enough, they left an open hole inside the house: I have been calling them for 2 weeks, but they reply that they have more urgent work to do and that the hole does not cause problems. They haven't even answered the phone for a few days. Probably, they will feel smart to have deceived a new customer who, thinking they are dealing with serious professionals, did not hesitate to pay them € 1250 for climate and installation. If you have to deal with them, never pay them before making sure that the work has been done in all respects.
