Mi era stato chiesto un favore il quale ho rispettato, ma a quanto pare non sanno nemmeno loro cosa dicono e necessitano facendo perdere tempo alla gente. Detto ciò non ritornerò sicuramente,perché essendo io una che si occupa del campo ,il rispetto , la cordialità e il sorriso sono le basi di un rapporto con la propria clientela. Cordiali saluti.
I am a regular customer as the store is quite well stocked !. I must admit though that the current staff is disrespectful and arrogant. I was asked for a favor which I respected, but apparently they don't even know what they say and need to make people waste time. Having said that I will certainly not return, because being one who takes care of the field, respect, friendliness and a smile are the basis of a relationship with your customers. Sincerely.
