I switched from Enel Servizio Elettrica (captive market) to Elettraitalia. Looking at Enel's bills, the agent had assured me a nice saving. The result was that, with the same consumption, I spent 30% more in the calendar year.

Un grazie anche alle ragazze Wissal e Giorgiana che mi hanno seguito nelle pratiche burocratiche.
I had to replace the boiler and I was very happy with the speed of the estimate by the seller Daniele Marton and the technical advice for the suitable boiler to be installed, as well as for the timing of the supply and installation. Thanks also to the girls Wissal and Giorgiana who followed me in the paperwork.
