★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata cliente in qualche occasione e sempre soddisfatta, ma l'ultima ahimè da non ripetere: colore sbagliato, decolorazioni e tinte varie per 'rimediare' più o meno che non hanno giovato alla capigliatura e un prezzo inadeguato vista l'insoddisfazione finale.
L'errore è umano ma il servizio nel complesso in quest'occasione ha lasciato a desiderare. Ringrazio comunque per la disponibilità tempestiva e la gentilezza.
I have been a customer on some occasions and always satisfied, but the last one, alas, not to be repeated: wrong color, bleaching and various dyes to 'remedy' more or less that have not benefited the hair and an inadequate price given the final dissatisfaction.
The error is human but the overall service on this occasion left something to be desired. However, thank you for the timely availability and kindness.
