★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and asked to get a pedicure, firstly I was put to sit on the pedi chair and my feet were soaking.. I was left waiting for someone to start on me at least for 20 mins. Mid through the service the lady leaves me as a client with a pre-booked appointment showed up.
I am left again and asked to wait for another member of staff to come in (from their home).
The quality was immaculate however service needs improvement. Better communication needed, and organisation too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice women who work there, however they have caused a trauma to my big toe nail which is now cracked/ badly damaged after having a semi permanent pedicure with them. It’s never happened before and I’ve had professional pedicures on and off for years. I’ve had to make an appointment with the podiatrist as a result! Not exactly what I went in there for.
