Poor professionalism, unrespectful and rather offensive staff. Fraud? I don't know ... evaluate you ... I certainly won't rely on them anymore.

scam in no uncertain terms .. when they offer an offer of a trip two by one at the doubled price .. the poor people who fall for it without comparing the real price ... suffer a scam!

I have not played yet and I hope to find myself well, but the premises are not comforting since the price agreed with Stand-by Card (2x1) is higher than that charged without a Card! I give good luck! I'll let you know!!

I will never go on a trip organized only via the internet and telephone. The trip organized by this agency was a real disaster: 1) they give you the whole reservation a few days before leaving and if you are an inexperienced person you trust and accept everything without knowing what they have really booked then after the arrival at the airport the surprises begin. 2) try to call them and get information by asking general questions, being not aware of everything, and they reassure you without actually giving you precise details to eliminate any doubts and when you find yourself in the middle of the road in another country they have also the advantage of telling you that you have not asked him enough specific questions and as far as they are concerned they have been more than satisfactory. Basically this agency promises trips at a lower price but they are real flops. One because there is no collaboration, two because they book planes in the middle of the night and upon arrival you find yourself in the cold in the middle of nowhere because you have to wait for 7 for the first bus, three because they don't tell you when you check in and check out therefore upon arrival you find yourself waiting for hours and hours destroyed by sleep in front of the hotel, four because they book you rooms that are practically unavailable in the hotel and therefore you find yourself out to fight for a room. To end with a flourish you try to explain to him the problems you have acute with them and they reply that they have all registered and in essence the fault is yours because you have not asked enough questions. They are absurd ....... bad organization. To never again.

An agency of incompetents! They ask you for money a long time in advance, telling you they need to book airline tickets, and after waiting many days they send you only one flight plan, when in other agencies they give you the possibility to choose at least between two options. As if this were not enough after asking in advance if it was possible to have accommodation in a particular area (for me, in the north of Ibiza), they will book the hotel for you in the requested area, send you the documentation, but a few days before you leave they call and they tell you that there was a problem with the hotel booking and consequently they send you to another place. I hope that the holiday takes a different turn, but I am sure that I will never book again in my life and will strongly advise anyone who asks me to book with this agency.
