 Nice place, cozy enough, a bit small and many times the products they sell to you (obviously I mean used products) are without secondary equipment (like I bought a PlayStation 4 and they gave me a broken power cable).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, nel mio caso non sono stati nemmeno in grado di mettere un vetro salvaschermo correttamente pagato ben 14,90€. Dopo 4 giorni si era già sollevato in alcuni punti e non me lo hanno nemmeno voluto sostituire con la scusa che avevo la ricevuta di pagamento del bancomat (che tra le altre cose vale come prova di acquisto....). "Ma poi.....se vedete che un lavoro è stato fatto male.... vi serve lo scontrino???"
Sconsiglio vivamente.
Bad experience, in my case they were not even able to put a properly paid screensaver glass well € 14.90. After 4 days he had already raised in some points and they did not even want to replace him with the excuse that I had the payment receipt for the ATM (which among other things is valid as proof of purchase ....). "But then ..... if you see that a job has been badly done .... do you need a receipt ???"
I strongly advise against.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo giorni e giorni di ricerca per una Nintendo Switch introvabile eccola lì: ricondizionata, grado A, 279€ provvista di cavi e tutto il necessario per farla funzionare.
Per ora funziona benissimo, ha qualche leggerissimo graffio qua e là ma ho risparmiato un bel po' di soldini! Garanzia di un anno con scontrino (quindi lo conserverò bene dato che altrimenti non ci sono prove di acquisto!!!!). Lui molto gentile, simpatico e competente da ciò che mi è sembrato.
Non ho mai simpatizzato per gli oggetti ricondizionati a causa di brutte esperienze personali, spero di ricredermi con il mio (quasi) nuovo gioiellino fluo :D
After days and days of searching for a nowhere to be found Nintendo Switch, there it is: refurbished, grade A, € 279 with cables and everything you need to make it work.
For now it works great, it has some very light scratches here and there but I saved a lot of money! One year warranty with receipt (so I will keep it well as otherwise there is no proof of purchase !!!!). He very kind, nice and knowledgeable from what it seemed to me.
I have never sympathized with refurbished objects due to bad personal experiences, I hope to change my mind with my (almost) new fluo jewel: D

Molto gentilmente me lo hanno messo da parte e al pomeriggio in un’ora me l’hanno sistemato con professionalità e simpatia. Prezzo nella media con altri riparatori. Ho sempre portato il cellulare a riparare da euronics ma mi ero stancato di dover aspettare i turni dell’unico ragazzo che esegue le riparazioni. Tornerò sicuramente in questo negozio
I called on Wednesday of the week of August to find out if they had a screen for an iphone xs at home. They very kindly put it aside for me and in the afternoon they fixed it for me in an hour with professionalism and sympathy. Average price with other repairers. I have always taken my cell phone to Euronics for repair but I was tired of having to wait the turns of the only guy who performs the repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop
