Ci ha conquistato non solo la professionalità della signora Graziella e del titolare signor Andrea, ma la passione e la dedizione a trovare valide soluzioni di arredo personalizzate!

After the first order of the kitchen, my daughter Gilda and I continued with the bedroom, bathroom and other furniture throughout the apartment. We have not only won over the professionalism of Mrs. Graziella and the owner Mr. Andrea, but the passion and dedication to find valid customized furnishing solutions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nel 2018 abbiamo comprato da Elce Arredamenti un divano di una importante azienda italiana, ottimo servizio di presentazione e consegna, ma qualche mese fa ci siamo accorti che una parte importante in legno della struttura si stava rompendo.
abbiamo contattato Elce, i quali ne giro di poco ci hanno ritirato il divano come richiesto dall'azienda, e nell'arco di qualche settimana, nonostante la pandemia, ci hanno riportato il divano, non riparato ma nuovo!
cosa dire, l'azienda ha fatto la sua parte, ma l'ottimo servizio di post vendita con personale professionale, capace e anche simpatico, ha reso tutto più semplice.
sono sicuro che altri acquisteremo da Elce elementi di arredo e consiglio vivamente di visitarli prima di comprare da altre parti!
in 2018 we bought a sofa from an important Italian company from Elce Arredamenti, an excellent presentation and delivery service, but a few months ago we realized that an important wooden part of the structure was breaking.
we contacted Elce, who soon took the sofa from us as requested by the company, and within a few weeks, despite the pandemic, they brought back the sofa, not repaired but new!
what to say, the company has done its part, but the excellent after-sales service with professional, capable and also nice staff, has made everything easier.
I am sure that others will buy furniture items from Elce and I highly recommend that you visit them before buying elsewhere!

Fin da subito ho trovato professionalità e cortesia! Le mie esigenze ed i miei dubbi e ripensamenti sono stati ascoltati con pazienza e tanto riguardo, fino a che non abbiamo trovato insieme la soluzione che poteva soddisfarmi! Sono contenta dei consigli ricevuti, della gentilezza della signora Graziella che mi ha seguito dall'inizio alla fine, del personale che si è occupato del montaggio e di Andrea, il titolare del negozio, che é disponibile a risolvere con prontezza eventuali problemi. I bought the equipped wall to be inserted in my living room at their shop.
I immediately found professionalism and courtesy! My needs and my doubts and second thoughts were listened to with patience and a lot of respect, until we found together the solution that could satisfy me! I am happy with the advice received, with the kindness of Mrs. Graziella who followed me from start to finish, with the staff who took care of the assembly and with Andrea, the owner of the shop, who is available to promptly resolve any problems. Really satisfied with everything!

Nonostante le difficoltà legate alla pandemia, abbiamo apprezzato la costante volontà di consegnare nel minor tempo possibile. Il servizio di montaggio è stato preciso, professionale e simpatico.
Assolutamente da consigliare per qualità, professionalità, serietà.
