Mi hanno sbagliato l ordine per due volte, sto aspettando il pezzo da sostituire da un mese quasi, e non mi rispondono ne a mail ne al telefono!! NON COMPRATE DA LORO!! ci sono molti venditori seri!! Quindi veloci e precisi! Devo dire che le tante recensioni che ho letto mi avevano messo dei dubbi a riguardo, ma onestamente per la mia esperienza tutte le recensioni negative non rendono giustizia! Perciò mi sento di avvisare chi legge le recensioni prima di acquistare di non farsi ingannare da chi scredita, anche io spesso vedendo qualche recensione negativa passo ad altre aziende ma non è giusto! Cercate il contatto con l’azienda per ogni domanda, nel mio caso hanno risposto alle mie mille domande e curiosità senza nessun problema! Può succedere, non sto dando la colpa a nessuno. Telefono quindi alla EL.Mar che un paio di giorni dopo mi manda il corriere a ritirarlo. Peccato che è passato un mese e mezzo circa e dopo innumerevoli telefonate (a cui il più delle volte non risponde nessuno) in cui mi si richiedeva indirizzo e mail -- n. di telefono per verificare lo stato di spedizione, non sono più riuscito a rientrare in possesso dell'oggetto, pagato 95 €. e praticamente RUBATI. Two months ago I bought a motor for the fireplace fan; unfortunately it only worked for a couple of hours. It can happen, I'm not blaming anyone. So I call EL.Mar who a couple of days later sends the courier to pick it up. Too bad that about a month and a half has passed and after countless phone calls (which most of the time no one answers) asking me for an e-mail address - n. by phone to check the shipping status, I was no longer able to regain possession of the object, paid 95 €. and practically STOLEN.
L	Luca Raffaelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un motore loncin ad aprile 2021 per motocoltivatore, mi è arrivato senza la piastra dell'acceleratore, pertanto inutilizzabile, provo a contattare il fornitore una prima volta e mi viene detto che la settimana successiva avrei ricevuto il pezzo, pertanto ho provveduto a montare il motore e a mettere l'olio. Da lì in poi il nulla, ho scritto 15 mail a cui ho avuto al massimo 2 risposte di cui una era che potevo rendere il motore( ma ormai lo avevo montato e pertanto poteva risultare usato una volta che veniva ricevuto) e l'altra che a luglio dovevano ricevere dei nuovi motori e quindi a luglio mi avrebbero mandato il pezzo. Quindi aspetto luglio e riprovo a contattarli ma niente, dopo continue telefonate mi risponde una signorina dicendo che verrò ricontattato, da lì in poi forse hanno messo il mio numero nella lista nera perché non sono più riuscito a parlare con nessuno, né per mail né per WhatsApp. P.s. ho pure chiesto se mi vendevano (pagandolo io)il pezzo di ricambio che mancava al mio motore, non hanno risposto neppure a quello. Ho aspettato 7 mesi a scrivere questa recensione per dare tempo al fornitore di sistemare il problema, ma adesso ho terminato la pazienza. Questa è la mia odissea con questa azienda. I purchased a loncin engine in April 2021 for a two-wheel tractor, it arrived without the throttle plate, therefore unusable, I try to contact the supplier for the first time and I am told that the next week I would receive the piece, so I proceeded to mount the engine and add oil. From then on, nothing, I wrote 15 emails to which I had a maximum of 2 replies, one of which was that I could return the motor (but by now I had mounted it and therefore it could be used once it was received) and the other that in July they were to receive new engines and then in July they would send me the part. So I wait for July and try to contact them again but nothing, after continuous phone calls a young lady answers me saying that I will be contacted, from then on maybe they put my number on the black list because I was no longer able to talk to anyone, either by email or by Whatsapp. P.s. I also asked if they sold me (paying for it) the spare part that was missing from my engine, they didn't even answer that. I waited 7 months to write this review to give the vendor time to fix the problem, but now I'm out of patience. This is my odyssey with this company.
s	salvatore loprieno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acquistato il motore , spedizione molto celere . il problema sussiste nel fatto che il motore in questione è un 4 cv 220 v . dunque si conviene che il prodotto acquistato ha dimensioni e forme , non esageratissime , ma comunque da avere un imballo decente , cosa che non è avvenuta , in quanto il motore arriva in uno scatolo di cartone protetto solo da un sottile foglio di compensato, da 4 mm e solo da un lato del pacco. risultato il motore arriva con carter posteriore divelto a punto che urta alla ventola di raffreddamento, scatola in alluminio dove sono presenti i condensatori completamente spezzata dal corpo macchina , quindi anche le connessioni di rete , . dunque chiamo in azienda non per la sostituzione del motore completo ma per i soli pezzi di ricambio, dopo varie telefonate riesco a concordare la spedizione ma a 60 giorni dall'ultima conversazione con l'azienda non ho ricevuto nulla. che dire azienda dal basso livello o magari saranno anche bravi elettromeccanici ma non hanno ben capito come funzionano le vendite via web. per quello che mi riguarda vale non 0 ma -100. purchased the engine, very fast shipping. the problem exists in the fact that the engine in question is a 4 hp 220 v. therefore it is agreed that the purchased product has dimensions and shapes, not exaggerated, but in any case to have a decent packaging, which has not happened, as the motor arrives in a cardboard box protected only by a thin sheet of plywood, 4 mm and only on one side of the package. As a result, the engine comes with the rear casing torn off to the point that collides with the cooling fan, an aluminum box where the capacitors are completely broken from the machine body, therefore also the network connections. so I call the company not for the replacement of the complete engine but for spare parts only, after several phone calls I manage to arrange the shipment but 60 days after the last conversation with the company I have not received anything. what about a low-level company or maybe they will also be good electromechanicals but they have not understood how web sales work. for what concerns me it is not 0 but -100.

Richiesto l'assistenza online perché i due motori non sono uguali loro rispondono dicendo che per loro vanno bene lo stesso. Li chiamo per sapere cosa fare loro dicono di rimandarli senza avere nessuna garanzia con spese di spedizione a carico mio. Un consiglio non comprate da loro. Assistenza pessima...... Ordered two engines from the site as they arrived as in the picture. Requested online assistance because the two engines are not the same, they respond saying that they are fine with the same.
