★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato 4 pizze e loro mi hanno detto che le portavano per le 21.30 e alle 22.00 ancora non erano arrivate (la casa è a 2 min dalla pizzeria). Ho chiamato 2 volte per sapere se stavano arrivando e quasi mi hanno messo giù il telefono in faccia dicendo che stavano arrivando.... alle 22.10 sono arrivati e ovviamente ci siamo lamentati chiedendo anche uno sconto e oltre a farci 1,50 di sconto, la signora si è lamentata perchè ci siamo arrabbiati. Ci ha risposto malissimo !
Non consiglio questa pizzeria, mi spiace.
 I ordered 4 pizzas and they told me they were bringing them at 9.30pm and at 10pm they still hadn't arrived (the house is 2 minutes from the pizzeria). I called 2 times to find out if they were coming and they almost put the phone down in my face saying they were coming .... at 10.10 pm they arrived and of course we complained also asking for a discount and in addition to giving us 1.50 discount, the lady complained because we got angry. He replied very badly!
I don't recommend this pizzeria, sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio notare subito a chi leggerà che in questa pizzera la pizza con Wurstel e patatine fritte è chiamata "Tom&Jerry" e non "Americana" come spesso accade in altre.
Per quanto riguarda il resto faccio notare solo che i tempi di attesa per una pizza da asporto è relativamente lunga, specialmente durante il week end arriva a 50min. Consegna a domicilio il più delle volte in orario.
I immediately point out to those who read that in this pizzera the pizza with sausage and French fries is called "Tom & Jerry" and not "Americana" as often happens in others.
As for the rest, I only point out that the waiting time for a takeaway pizza is relatively long, especially during the weekend it reaches 50min. Home delivery most of the time on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza molto buona, personale cordiale e gentile. I tempi d'attesa a volte sono più lunghi ma sempre per il fatto che la pizza è ottima e la pizzeria è sempre gremita.

Very good pizza, friendly and polite staff. The waiting times are sometimes longer but always due to the fact that the pizza is excellent and the pizzeria is always packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile: mi accordo per un orario di consegna a domicilio ma dopo 20 min non arriva nessuno, chiamo la pizzeria e mi dicono che le stanno infornando. Dopo 35 min. arriva a casa una signora bionda che tiene in mano le 8 pizze con in bocca una sigaretta accesa e il fumo che rivestiva i cartoni delle pizze e nemmeno si è scusata del ritardo. Non è finita qui, su 8 pizze due contenevano un capello. Ci sono tante pizzerie a Concesio fortunatamente, con questa direi che la mia esperienza è terminata.
Terrible experience: I agree for a home delivery time but after 20 min no one comes, I call the pizzeria and they tell me that they are baking. After 35 min. a blonde lady arrives at home holding the 8 pizzas with a burning cigarette in her mouth and the smoke that covered the cartons of pizzas and she has not even apologized for the delay. It did not end here, out of 8 pizzas two contained a hair. There are many pizzerias in Concesio fortunately, with this I would say that my experience is over.

Very good pizza too bad they make you pass the desire to order it, always at least 45 minutes late. If they took more time, one would make a reason!
