Io personalmente adoro quello al cioccolato fondente con un vera barretta di cioccolato fondente di qualità all'Inter ed il classico sapore di burro di qualità e vaniglia vera dell'impasto! Da non dimenticare le pizze in teglia che sono una vera chicca ed anche qui non si lesina sui condimenti che sono abbondanti e di qualità, insieme ad un.imoasto a lunga maturazione e sviluppato in modo fantastico, di sicuro un'idratazione medio alta. Consigliatissimo!
In my opinion the best croissant in Brescia. I personally love the dark chocolate one with a real quality dark chocolate bar at Inter and the classic flavor of quality butter and real vanilla of the dough! Do not forget the pizzas in the pan which are a real gem and even here they do not skimp on the toppings which are abundant and of quality, together with a long-maturing and fantastically developed dough, certainly a medium-high hydration. Highly recommended!
