Dopo aver trovato un accordo e dato un anticipo per l'acquisto di un Submariner "full set ", mi hanno costretto a pagare un extra di 200 euro per una fantomatica revisione. Quindi, mi arriva a casa solo orologio e garanzia, senza nulla di quanto presente nelle foto dell'annuncio e senza nessun attestato di revisione. Il bracciale dell'orologio, inoltre, presentava una maglia falsa ed un'altra difettosa. Il mio orologiaio, infine, constatava il malfunzionamento dell'orologio, che necessita, quindi, di una urgente revisione.
Portato a conoscenza di ciò, l'amministratore della Hore Watches, mi diceva che potevano rimborsare, al massimo, 150/200 euro.
Dimostravo che il danno era ben superiore ad 800 euro, per gli accessori mancanti (scatola, booklet, libretti, ancoretta, calendarietto, sigillo ceralacca e coprighiera), per la necessità di dover acquistare due maglie e per l'urgenza di dover effettuare veramente una revisione, ma il rimborso si è limitato ad euro 200.
Dimostrazione di scarsa onestà.
 I strongly advise against buying online from these gentlemen. After having found an agreement and given an advance for the purchase of a "full set" Submariner, they forced me to pay an extra 200 euros for an elusive overhaul. So, only the watch and warranty arrive at home, without anything present in the photos of the announcement and without any revision certificate. The bracelet of the watch also had a false link and another defective. Finally, my watchmaker noted the malfunctioning of the watch, which therefore requires an urgent overhaul.
Having learned of this, the administrator of Hore Watches told me that they could reimburse, at most, 150/200 euros.
I showed that the damage was well over 800 euros, for the missing accessories (box, booklet, booklets, treble hook, calendar, sealing wax and cap), for the need to buy two shirts and for the urgency of having to really make a revision, but the reimbursement was limited to € 200.
Demonstration of poor honesty.
