Anche i salumi e i formaggi che accompagnano il nostro champagnino sono di ottima qualità. Il personale è gentile e super qualificato. What about Buscia if not that it is the best place to drink a sparkling wine from across the Alps that you can't find anywhere else. The meats and cheeses that accompany our champagnino are also of excellent quality. The staff is kind and super qualified.

Tutto perfetto, se non fosse che chiude troppo presto la sera (alle 22). Tenete aperto fino alle 23, almeno il venerdì e il sabato per poter godere del locale anche dopo la cena nei vicini ristoranti Nice place, competent staff, great choice of champagne and sparkling wines, correct prices, very good cold cuts and cheeses ... Everything is perfect, except that it closes too early in the evening (at 10pm). Keep it open until 11pm, at least on Fridays and Saturdays to be able to enjoy the restaurant even after dinner in the nearby restaurants
b	bravo tipo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apprezzando questo luogo sento l’urgenza di precisare alcune cose: el buscia é - prima di tutto - un’enoteca specializzata in champagne e altri vini prodotti col medesimo metodo (il c.d. metodo classico). l’enoteca consente, a chi vuole conoscere ed educare il proprio gusto, di assaggiare alcune champagne alla mescita. STOP. chiaro? non ci vai per l’aperitivo né per l’apericena né per cenare. ci vai per imparare un linguaggio e conoscere un mondo. dopodiché, se vuoi e puoi, quel mondo - quella civiltà che lo champagne - puoi portatelo a casa e berlo con tua moglie o con quei pochi amici che hanno voglia di capire. é come viaggiare stando fermi per citare jamiroquai (o seneca) quindi, ora che ci siamo capiti, potete valutare se andarci a no. io ci sto mezz’ora, un ora al massimo. bevo poco, bevo bene, bevo quello che NON conosco e poi saluto. di solito però compro: compro champagne di piccoli produttori che fanno dei gioielli (come molti produttori italiani). fatevi spiegare, fatevi consigliare: lo champagne può accompagnare tutto il pasto (e ovv. non va mai bevuto alla fine né con il dolce). au revoir appreciating this place, I feel the urgent need to clarify a few things: el buscia is - first of all - a wine shop specializing in champagne and other wines produced with same method (the so-called classical method). the wine shop allows those who want to know and educate their tastes to taste some champagnes.
