Costi più che adeguati ( manutenzione annuale caldaia ). Li consiglio.
Finally, kind and competent people, both in assistance by phone and during the intervention. Absolutely not a small thing.
Costs more than adequate (annual boiler maintenance). I recommend them.

This is the first time that I have contacted this company. They answered the phone almost immediately and after half an hour they came to my home to fix the air conditioner that was leaking. They did an excellent job. Very good, nice and professional. A heartfelt thanks to Mattia and Enrico

Although I was a customer, I was given up with the boiler blocked .... The boy intervened rude and arrogant. Bad service. They are never on time for appointments

Visto l’inizio sfavorevole, meglio desistere.
Contacted TWICE within a week.
Never got a response despite having promised me in vain to be called back.
Given the unfavorable start, it is better to desist.

Da evitare.Nonostante io sia cliente da 3 anni con caldaia del 2018 e manutenzioni sempre regolari, l' ultima ad ottobre 2020...non mi contattano per la prenotazione di quest'anno. Non mi hanno mai inviato il libretto sino ad oggi...su mia richiesta. Li chiamo perché da 5 GG la caldaia mi va in blocco e non eroga acqua calda. Fissano l'appuntamento x oggi....da lunedì così con l occasione fisso anche la manutenzione annuale. Al telefono l' impiegata mi conferma appuntamento x riparazione e manutenzione. Oggi il ragazzo mi dice che non può fare la manutenzione perché hanno un sacco di urgenze. Ma se ho aspettato 4 GG con l'acqua fredda. Ho detto che avrei chiamato un'altra ditta. Lui è sceso in giardino e ha sbraitato al telefono con il titolare. Risalito ...credo che almeno mi faccia la riparazione e, con strafottenza mi dice che lui ora va via perché ha molti interventi urgenti da fare...Non ho parole
Bad. Both in time and in work. Although I have been a customer for 3 years with the boiler in 2018 and always regular maintenance, the last one in October 2020 ... they do not contact me for this year's booking. They never sent me the book until today ... at my request. I call them because the boiler has been blocked for 5 days and does not deliver hot water. They set the appointment for today .... from Monday so with the fixed occasion also the annual maintenance. On the phone the employee confirms an appointment for repair and maintenance. Today the boy tells me that he can't do the maintenance because they have a lot of urgencies. But if I waited 4 days with cold water. I said I would call another company. He went down to the garden and yelled on the phone with the owner. Back up ... I think at least he'll make the repairs for me and, with arrogance, he tells me that he is going away now because he has many urgent interventions to do ... I have no words
