Questa era la mia recensione fino a oggi.
Poi si sono rifiutati di farmi una spesa per telefono ( pratica che riservano ai clienti in quarantena della quale avevo già usufruito la settimana scorsa) dicendo che ero fuori tempo massimo.
Alle mie rimostranze che sottolineano come in realtà provassi a chiamare da più di un ora senza ricevere risposta mi hanno attaccato il telefono.
Bel modo di trattare i clienti,non mi vedranno più

This was my review to date.
Then they refused to make me a shopping over the phone (a practice they reserve for quarantined customers which I had already used last week) saying that I was out of time.
To my grievances that point out that in reality I had been trying to call for more than an hour without receiving an answer, the phone hung up.
Nice way to treat customers, they won't see me again

Trovi ampia scelta di prodotti di marca e di prodotti non di marca che spesso sono ottimi ( in alcuni casi anche più buoni dei prodotti di marca, come brioche e yogurth). Il reparto frutta è sempre ben rifornito e con prodotti freschi. La carne è ottima, come i salumi e i formaggi. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Alla cassa sono veloci e se vedono che sta arrivando un cliente con il carrello pieno chiamano immediatamente il collega per aprire la seconda cassa. Inoltre il cassiere che apre la seconda cassa invita sempre chi è in coda a accodarsi secondo il precedente ordine, evitando la corsa dei più furbi....Il parcheggio è ampio e comodo.

You will find a wide selection of branded and non-branded products that are often excellent (in some cases even better than branded products, such as brioche and yoghurt). The fruit department is always well stocked and with fresh products. The meat is excellent, as are the meats and cheeses. The staff are polite and professional. At the checkout they are fast and if they see that a customer is arriving with a full trolley, they immediately call their colleague to open the second cashier. In addition, the cashier who opens the second cashier always invites those in line to queue according to the previous order, avoiding the race of the smartest ones .... The parking is large and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulito e ordinato, personale disponibile e gentile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sempre attenti ad aprire una cassa in più se necessario. Frutta, verdura e freschi sempre monitorati e ben disposti. Un banco carni assortito anche con prodotti preparati. Al di là del banco Martina è sempre pronta a soddisfare le vostre richieste anche con consigli e tagli preparati al momento. 5 Stelle meritatissime!
Clean and tidy, helpful and kind staff, excellent value for money. Always be careful to open an extra chest if necessary. Fruit, vegetables and fresh products always monitored and well arranged. An assorted meat counter also with prepared products. Beyond the counter Martina is always ready to satisfy your requests even with advice and cuts prepared at the moment. Well deserved 5 stars!
