Ho acquistato senza indugi la mia trekking e dopo appena 3 giorni è arrivata. Purtroppo nella fase di montaggio ho riscontrato un difetto nella forcella causato dal mezzo di trasporto durante il viaggio. Così contattando la ditta, senza indugiare ha provveduto al ritiro della bici difettosa a sue spese e dopo qualche giorno recapitarmi quella nuova a dir poco fantastica.
