Sono stato in concessionaria la mattina del sabato e dopo essere stato in salone per un quarto d'ora senza essere minimamente considerato (neanche buongiorno) mi sono rivolto al solo venditore disponibile il quale mi ha detto di tornare nel pomeriggio perché era indaffarato. Sono tornato chiedendo info su un veicolo usato esposto ed ho dovuto strappargli le parole di bocca, non voleva neanche dirmi il prezzo. Non mi vedranno sicuramente più. Sconsiglio di andare in questa concessionaria ci sono sicuramente tantissime altre aziende che sanno trattare adeguatamente con il cliente .
Poor and poorly trained staff. Vehicles on display dated. I was at the dealership on Saturday morning and after having been in the salon for a quarter of an hour without being in the least considered (not even good morning) I turned to the only available seller who told me to come back in the afternoon because he was busy. I came back asking for info on an exposed used vehicle and I had to snatch the words out of his mouth, he didn't even want to tell me the price. They will surely never see me again. I do not recommend going to this dealership, there are certainly many other companies that know how to deal adequately with the customer.

Non mi hanno saputo spiegare perché la macchina si spegnesse in marcia, hanno attaccato pure il computer per verificare gli errori ma è stato completamente inutile.
Poi per €50 l'ora mi sembra un po' troppo esagerato, e poi non mi hanno saputo risolvere il problema! incavolatura c'è!
forse perciò non sono piu concessionari opel!
I put a star but not the civic one, most likely I put 2 less.
They could not explain to me why the car turned off while running, they also attacked the computer to check the errors but it was completely useless.
Then for € 50 an hour it seems a bit too exaggerated, and then they didn't know how to solve the problem! pissing there!
perhaps therefore they are no longer opel dealers!

Sempre disponibili, seri e competenti. Ho sempre risolto i vari problemi che si sono presentati negli anni alla mia Opel.
Non capisco e non credo le recensioni negative lette con 1 stella.

I have been using this Opel authorized workshop for about 15 years now masterfully conducted by the very kind Mr. Luciano, great professional and connoisseur of the brand. Always available, serious and competent. I have always solved the various problems that have occurred to my Opel over the years.
I don't understand and believe the negative reviews read with 1 star.
