Do un'occhiata al pezzo che avrebbero dovuto sostituire e scopro che era ancora quello vecchio e rotto. Uno dei riparatori si scusa, mi rida i soldi indietro e mi chiede di riportare l'auto in officina la mattina seguente, perché era ormai orario di chiusura e il riparatore che aveva lavorato alla mia auto era già andato via. Esperienza davvero snervante. Ciò che mi ha urtato più di ogni altra cosa è essere stato preso in giro con la scusa del pezzo di ricambio in ritardo. Inutile dire che non tornerò più, perché non hanno dimostrato rispetto per il cliente e la sua auto. They kept the car for two full days in the workshop (according to them, due to late delivery of the spare part) and upon collection I discover that the problem had not been solved! I look at the piece they should have replaced and find that it was still the old and broken one. One of the repairers apologizes, gives me my money back and asks me to take the car back to the workshop the next morning, because it was closing time and the repairman who had worked on my car had already left. Really nerve-wracking experience. What bothered me more than anything else was being teased with the excuse of the late spare. Needless to say, I will never return, because they have not shown respect for the customer and his car.

Thanks to Antonio and Raffaele, my problem was solved in a very short time and at a very low cost compared to what I was asked by the parent company. I return there for every need.
