Per la mia particolare esperienza e necessità posso dire di essere rimasto completamente soddisfatto, non solo sulla qualità dei prodotti, che reputo essenziale, ma anche per la cortesia, la disponibilità e serietà mostratami durante tutta la fase di scelta, acquisto e consegna. Al giorno d'oggi in cui ristrutturando e arredando casa mi sono dovuto scontrare con ritardi, chiamate ai centralini inevase, fornitori mancanti e chi più ne ha più ne metta, la Effeluce mi ha garantito professionalità, efficienza, disponibilità, competenza e perchè no un pò di cura del cliente. Davvero una rarità e ancora una volta grazie.
I state that being from Rome I got to know the Effeluce at the fair and already captured by their products, sympathy and care of the staff, I gave up every hesitation and with my partner we followed them up to Recanati. For my particular experience and need I can say that I was completely satisfied, not only on the quality of the products, which I consider essential, but also for the courtesy, availability and seriousness shown to me throughout the selection, purchase and delivery phase. Nowadays, when renovating and furnishing my home, I had to come up against delays, calls to unused switchboards, missing suppliers and so on and so forth, Effeluce guaranteed me professionalism, efficiency, availability, competence and why not a some customer care. Really a rarity and once again thank you.
