Villa located on the south side of a hill, two apartments in the main building and an annex, all overlooking an internal garden, recently renovated and still improving, the sea is 5 minutes away, Numana and Sirolo 20 minutes .. the Basilica Loreto around the corner .. in the evening absolute silence.
C	Cris Cris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Marzo abbiamo visitato alcune ville della zona per prenotare un soggiorno per questa estate e avevamo scelto Villa Carolina perchè molto bella e aveva tutto quello che cercavamo: il giardino, la piscina per i bimbi, posizione tranquilla ma al tempo stesso vicino al mare. Ora per problemi di salute abbiamo dovuto dare disdetta e la proprietaria gentilissima ci ha restituito la caparra per intero senza che nemmeno dovessimo richiederla. Torneremo presto! In March we visited some villas in the area to book a holiday for this summer and we chose Villa Carolina because it is very beautiful and had everything we were looking for: the garden, the swimming pool for children, a quiet but at the same time near the sea. Now due to health problems we had to give notice and the very kind owner gave us the deposit in full without us even asking for it. We will return soon!

Tutto il complesso è circondato da in ampio giardino da oktre 600mq dove rilassarsi nella più completa privacy. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ! S 'a vacation home nestled in the green hills of Loreto and Recanati a few kilometers from the sea and less than half an hour from the Riviera del Conero. It offers 2 apartments 8posti lettofinemente furnished and equip everything and an outbuilding to 5 beds with every comfort. N	Niero Nadia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero peccato casa molto bella ma trascuratissima sotto tutti gli aspetti. Considerato anche il periodo di covid la pulizia e' molto scarsa ed è evidente che la casa non è stata affatto sanificata. Gli utensili e le attrezzature della cucina, anche quelli di base (abbiamo dovuto richiedere una caffettiera e ce ne è stata consegnata una inguardabile), sono vecchie, insufficienti e inadeguate rispetto alla capienza della casa . I bagni che guardano sul cortile, con passaggio degli ospiti, sono senza tende e alle finestre di (quasi) tutta la casa sono state messe delle zanzariere improvvisate. Anche la pulizia dello scoperto sotto il porticato lasciava a desiderare, sia la pavimentazione che il tavolo. Il giardino e' molto trascurato e sporco e vi abbiamo notato un tombino scoperto, a nostro parere pericoloso in presenza di bambini o piccoli animali. Il gestore alle nostre richieste e rimostranze ha accampato giustificazioni poco plausibili. Nonostante le condizioni igieniche sopra riportate ci sono stati chiesti 30 euro di spese di pulizia aggiuntive per la presenza di due gatti! Insomma, non si capisce proprio la filosofia di questa gestione. A real shame very nice house but very neglected in all respects. Also considering the covid period, cleaning is very poor and it is evident that the house has not been sanitized at all. The kitchen utensils and equipment, even the basic ones (we had to request a coffee maker and we were given an unwatchable one), are old, insufficient and inadequate for the capacity of the house. The bathrooms overlooking the courtyard, with guests passing through, have no curtains and improvised mosquito nets have been placed on the windows of (almost) the whole house. Even the cleaning of the open space under the portico left something to be desired, both the flooring and the table. The garden is very neglected and dirty and we noticed an uncovered manhole, which in our opinion is dangerous in the presence of children or small animals. The manager has put forward implausible justifications to our requests and complaints. Despite the hygienic conditions reported above, we were asked for an additional 30 euros for cleaning costs due to the presence of two cats! In short, the philosophy of this management is not understood.
