M	Massimo Spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati in questo incubo chiamato Edm dopo aver speso una cifra considerevole per la nostra ristrutturazione. Inizialmente tutte rose e fiori ovviamente dopo di che sono incominciate le problematiche. 1- lavabo bagno smontato in vari pezzi che per ricomporlo ci sono voluti due giorni. 2-Specchi ordinati per i bagni non corrispondenti 3- connettori riscaldamento sbagliati 4- pezzi mancanti dei riscaldamenti che poi su mia insistenza si sono ritrovati buttati nel magazzino. 5 il sig. Emerilli ci aveva garantito la produzione di un piano di appoggio di un lavabo gessi da un fantomatico artigiano di Misterbianco. E come vedete in foto è ancora smontato grazie alle sue promesse. 6- ci ha costretti con menefreghismo estremo a farci fare tre viaggi da Catania a Biancavilla per caricare la merce. Etc etc 7- ci ha fatto aspettare per la porta blindata quasi tre mesi con i muratori che dovevano chiudere il cantiere. 8-tutte le bolle di accompagnamento arrivate con il logo strappato! Insomma un incubo da dimenticare. Decine di telefonate e tanti tanti altri disservizi con una gestione interna totalmente inadeguata ed incompetente al limite del ridicolo! Di conseguenza ci sembrava.quantomeno democraticamente lecito sconsigliare questo negozio R. Ah finalmente una risposta! Dopo 4 settimane! Tutto in linea con le tempistiche del negozio! Noi non abbiamo nulla da aggiungere se non riconfermare quanto detto! D'altronde che cosa sé ne guadagna a star qui a segnalare democraticamente disservizi? A cosa servirebbe questo link? Certo se poi alle opinioni positive si aggiunge l'opinione della compagna del titolare magari le stelle salgono! Seguita casualmente subito dopo la nostra!? Coincidenze?! Saranno tutte veritiere le altre!? Un azienda seria si scusa, oppure non risponde. Sarebbe stato meglio! We found ourselves in this nightmare called Edm after spending a hefty amount of money on our refurbishment. Initially all roses and flowers of course after which the problems began. 1- bathroom sink disassembled into various pieces which took two days to reassemble. 2-Mirrors sorted for mismatched bathrooms 3- wrong heating connectors 4- missing pieces of the heaters which then at my insistence were found thrown into the warehouse. 5 Mr. Emerilli had guaranteed us the production of a support surface for a gessi washbasin by an elusive artisan from Misterbianco. And as you can see in the photo it is still disassembled thanks to its promises. 6- he forced us with extreme indifference to make us make three trips from Catania to Biancavilla to load the goods. Etc etc 7- he made us wait for the security door for almost three months with the masons who had to close the construction site. 8-all packing slips arrive with torn logo! In short, a nightmare to forget. Dozens of phone calls and many many other inefficiencies with a totally inadequate and incompetent internal management to the point of ridicule! Consequently, it seemed to us to be at least democratically legitimate to advise against this shop R. Ah finally an answer! After 4 weeks! All in line with the timing of the store! We have nothing to add but to reconfirm what has been said! On the other hand, what does one gain from standing here to democratically report disservices? What would this link be for? Of course, if you add the opinion of the owner's partner to the positive opinions, maybe the stars go up! Casually followed right after ours !? Coincidences ?! Will all the others be true !? A serious company apologizes, or does not respond. Would have been better!
