Purtroppo, l'informazione sul credito e gli incentivi fiscali li ho scoperti altrove e per caso, da loro nessuna informazione se non specificatamente richiesta.
Il problema più grosso è l'assistenza post vendita che non é all'altezza. Qui l'unica cosa che conta è quello scritto e sottoscritto nel contratto, tutto o quasi di quello detto in fase pre-contratto non vale...peccato!

The biggest problem is the after sales assistance that is not up to par. Here the only thing that matters is that written and signed in the contract, almost everything that is said in the pre-contract phase is not worth ... too bad!
