Simply shameful. For a year, I've been trying to get magazines. They take the subscription money and then no longer respond.

Purtoppo devo segnalare a tutti che il servizio di assistenza agli abbonati è inesistente perchè non ho ricevuto alcuni numeri del periodico, ho sollecitato il re-invio... via e-mail, ma mai una risposta e tantomeno i giornali mancanti. Diffidate!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I have to report to everyone that the subscriber assistance service is non-existent because I have not received some issues of the magazine, I have requested the re-sending ... via e-mail, but never a reply and even less the missing newspapers. Beware !!!!!!!!!
