L'anno scorso abbiamo chiesto il cambio di un contatore che era guasto e, nonostante avessimo preso appuntamento, non si è presentato nessuno per ben 2 volte e sono venuti al terzo appuntamento dopo un paio di mesi. Inoltre il servizio di assistenza telefonica mi sembra inutile, nonostante la voce programmata dica che è attivo con orario continuato fino alle 20.00 il centralino pare costantemente occupato e questo mi fa credere che gli addetti al Customer Care non lavorino o, peggio, ci siano talmente tante lamentele che i telefoni sono sempre occupati. Last year we asked for a meter that was broken and, despite having made an appointment, no one showed up twice and came on the third date after a couple of months. Orario dalle8 alle 10 ma nessuno suona né telefona. Chiamo io il numero verde, verificano che l'appuntamento c'era, mandano un messaggio alla sede di Cosenza ma non mi contattano ugualmente. Che cialtroni scanzafatiche,neanche ad avvisare!
