Dopo innumerevoli controlli, dati ecc, accedo alla compravendita, clicco "Acquista" sul libro desiderato e mi butta fuori.
Allora scrivo alla casa Editrice (non all'azienda ma a chi detiene i rapporti con il pubblico) Risposta "Non vendiamo ai privati, si rivolga a IBS". Con un tono indefinibile, per nulla Customer Oriented. Trattamento nel complesso indegno.
 A book by Guerini e Associati necessary for the qualification to teach is unavailable on Ibs, amazon, etc. I try then at the publishing house. The site makes me register. After countless checks, data, etc., I access the sale, click "Buy" on the desired book and throw me out.
