A	Alessandro Fina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rivedo la mia recensione. Premetto che ho scelto Edilvalli in quanto rivenditore dei prodotti della Vulcano a cui ero interessato. Dal punto di vista dei prodotti, in generale, presenti in negozio, merita ben più delle 3 stelle che ho assegnato per la qualità dei prodotti e la varietà che spazia da diversi modelli di barbecue, griglie, affumicatori, fino a stufe e caminetti. I prezzi, almeno per il prodotto che ho scelto, mi sembrano buoni rispetto alla concorrenza. Sentendo parlare il titolare, si vede che è un appassionato e si dimostra competente. Veniamo al punto dolente. Dopo il pagamento ci sono stati problemi nella gestione della consegna, in parte dovuti a un guasto al furgone, in parte, probabilmente, al carico di lavoro del periodo pre ferragostano con la chiusura. Tutto ciò è comprensibile ma, secondo me, serve più attenzione verso il cliente perché ai mancati appuntamenti per la consegna non è corrisposta una adeguata comunicazione, facendo sentire il cliente un po' abbandonato a se stesso, ovviamente opinione personale. Alla fine tutto si è risolto, la consegna è avvenuta da parte del titolare stesso che si è dimostrato disponibile anche a superare alcune difficoltà nelle manovre per arrivare al punto di deposito del prodotto. Se non fosse per il problema della comunicazione con il cliente, meriterebbero 4 o 5 stelle. I review my review. The prices, at least for the product I have chosen, seem good to me compared to the competition. Hearing the owner speak, you can see that he is passionate and proves competent. We come to the sore point. After the payment there were problems in the management of the delivery, partly due to a breakdown of the van, partly, probably, to the workload of the pre-Augustan period with the closure. All this is understandable but, in my opinion, more attention is needed towards the customer because the missed appointments for the delivery are not paid adequate communication, making the customer feel a little abandoned to himself, obviously personal opinion. In the end, everything was resolved, the delivery took place by the owner himself who was also available to overcome some difficulties in the maneuvers to get to the point of deposit of the product. If it weren't for the problem of customer communication, they would deserve 4 or 5 stars.

Assolutamente poco professionale sconsiglio.
