E poi siamo a metà marzo e da metà Dicembre che mi deve arrivare una tapparella quando all'inizio mi avevano detto che entro fine Gennaio sarebbero venuti a montarmela. Non lo consiglierei ce ne sono di migliori.. Excellent products nothing to say but very long waiting times and rude staff. And then we are in mid-March and from mid-December I have to get a shutter when I was told at the beginning that by the end of January they would come and get it. I would not recommend there are better ones ..

Prendo accordi per l'invio via mail ma non ricevo nulla. Personalmente è stata un'inutile perdita di tempo. Dunque o si compra tutta la casa da loro oppure non va bene... occhio a non confrontare preventivi di altri negozi che si offendono. Oltretutto trattandosi di una spesa considerevole abbiamo richiesto preventivi anche ad altre aziende e quello di EdilPorta è risultato il più conveniente. Inutile commentare i brand dei prodotti acquistati Ferrero e Finstral, una garanzia ma se non supportati da una cura nel montaggio e nella risoluzione dei numerosi problemi che si presentano sempre in questo tipo di lavorazioni, la gran qualità di un prodotto viene meno. La squadra di EdilPorta ci ha seguito in tutto l'evolversi della ristrutturazione e siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che abbiamo acquistato da loro anche le tende!
