Le finestre sono state montate bene ma molto in fretta senza cura del dettaglio, infatti l'ultima non è stata provata la tapparella che ho trovato bloccata con pezzi di imballaggio all'interno. Da un anno e mezzo li contatto per problemi alle guarnizioni delle finestre e puntini neri sulle stesse ma, ad oggi, dopo aver fatto chiamate e mandato messaggi, nonché essere passata più volte, non è mai venuto nessuno in loco. CONCLUSIONI: SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE IL NEGOZIO. A STAR BECAUSE IT IS MANDATORY ... Finche' si ė trattato di acquistare tutte le finestre e portefinestre di casa molto educati e disponibili ma..in poco tempo 2 portefinestra rotte! Saro' io o i materiali scadenti?comunque ho chiamato per aggiustare la portafinestra della cucina che restava aperta a vasistas e molto pericolosa Mi dovevano richiamare per fissare un appuntamento. Dopo 20 gg ho richiamato io..mi ė stato detto:entro stasera le diamo una data ma ovviamente non ė avvenuta la cosa. Dopo qualche giorno richiamo per l'appuntamento,mi viene chiesto di mandare un video della finestra su wapp..cosa che faccio..dopo una settimana e quindi piu' di un mese! Ancora nessun riscontro! Morale: ho ordinato il pwzzo su amazon e mio marito si ė dovuto reinventare un lavoro:ė andata fin bene ma none' stato semplice per nulla! Davvero rivolgetevi altrove Ps.se 6 snni di montatura di finestre sono tanti anni allora auguri! Non so come abbiano fatto le finestre di nonni e genitori a durare 25/30 e piu' anni.. poi non mi si era detto proprio nulla poiche' nesduno ha mai ridposto! Bad! I strongly advise against! Iniziano il cantiere e poi con la scusa che devono finire da un'altra parte ti lasciano in sospeso con il lavoro non finito. Quest'anno ho dovuto cambiare un'ultima porta, costretto ad andare da loro per avere lo stesso modello... Risultato: una porta ordinata ad aprile arrivata e montata a settembre, ben 5 mesi!!! Sempre mille scuse e sempre colpa del fornitore. Ciliegina sulla torta? Danno appuntamento per venerdì, arrivano con 1 ora di ritardo e se ne vanno senza nemmeno pulire, portandosi dietro una scia di rumenta anche lungo il pianerottolo del condominio, veramente dei maleducati e zero rispetto per il cliente...
