A differenza di tutte le altre agenzie con cui purtroppo ho avuto la sfortuna di trattare, il titolare dopo avermi mostrato l'appartamento non ha richiesto nessun anticipo e ha iniziato subito le trattative con la padrona di casa.
Nonostante la proprietaria dell'appartamento avesse notevoli rimostranze nei miei riguardi il titolare dell'agenzia è stato proattivo nel sostenere la mia proposta proponendo soluzioni contrattuali per tutelare entrambe le parti. Tra gli ulteriori servizi svolti hanno anche gestito la parte di allaccio delle utenze, firma del contratto e invio della documentazione.
Dopo una lunga serie di esperienze più che negative sono stati davvero una benedizione, dovessi cercare nuovi appartamenti in affitto andrei sicuramente da loro.
I contacted this agency to view an apartment for rent. Unlike all the other agencies with which I unfortunately had the misfortune to deal, the owner, after showing me the apartment, did not request any advance and immediately began negotiations with the landlady.
Although the owner of the apartment had considerable grievances towards me, the owner of the agency was proactive in supporting my proposal by proposing contractual solutions to protect both parties. Among the additional services performed, they also managed the part of connecting the utilities, signing the contract and sending the documentation.
After a long series of more than negative experiences they were really a blessing, if I had to look for new apartments for rent I would definitely go to them.
