Sono andata (non erano nemmeno passate 24 ore dopo l'acquisto) E le ho detto il problema con il pensiero di prendere un'altra scarpa per coprirmi la caviglia (quelle che ho comprato erano sotto la mia caviglia) La signora lì (attenzione non erano passate nemmeno 24 ore !!! ) lei mi dice NO! NON POSSO CAMBIARLI !! Le dico, signora, aiutateci perché abbiamo comunque pagato 85 €, non 8 !! Mi dice che può farmi uno sconto per un altro paio di scarpe !!! Se mi dici che questa azienda è seria, scusami, non ho parole !! Mi ha davvero urlato in faccia !! Veramente molto serio fino a quando non ti ruba i soldi !!
