Non mi hanno voluto riparare la gomma forata da un chiodo e riparata con il kit spray. Dopo tante insistenze x fargliela riparare hanno Lasciato persino il chiodo perché han detto che non dava problemi. Secondo me non hanno smontato nemmeno lo pneumatico. La porto da un altro gommista domani. Hanno tenuto la mia macchina li giusto 10 minuti e pagati 20€ e non mi hanno dato lo scontrino!!! Ora li denuncio. Giuro. Never again in this workshop even if it were the only one open. I was there this afternoon. They didn't want to repair the punctured tire and repaired with the spray kit. After so much insistence to have it repaired, they even left the nail because they said it didn't cause problems. In my opinion, they have not even taken the tire apart. Ho assistito ad una delle possibili scene di "scortesia" citata nelle recensioni. Mentre mi stavano cambiando le gomme della macchina, alle 11:15, arriva un signore che chiede di cambiare 2 gomme: il gommista gli risponde di non riuscire a farcela in quanto dopo la mia aveva un altra macchina prenotata in attesa. Il signore si lamenta che aveva chiamato in settimana avvisando che sarebbe passato il sabato e che alla fine erano solo 2 gomme; al ché il gommista gli risponde che non aveva specificato quando sarebbe passato, e che per fare le macchine ne avrebbe avuto per almeno un ora, quindi avrebbe terminato oltre orario di chiusura. L'ha quindi pregato di passare in settimana o leggermente prima, in modo da poterlo aiutare; il signore se ne è andato sbraitando e facendo segni di disappunto. Mi spiace vengano date recensioni negative in situazioni come questa, dove gli operai non hanno colpa di non riuscire a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Ho girato qualche gommista che mi ha proposto di farlo arrivare a 200.00, fino a quando lì si sono resi disponibili e me ne hanno preparato uno di misura e provato sulla mia nuova auto e nel vano bagagliaio apposito. Il tutto con poche decine di euro.Gentilissimi, preparati e molto onesti. Grazie I purchased a Suzuki Ignis which, like the other cars they produce today, was not equipped with a spare wheel, optional at 280.00 euros. I shot a few tire specialists who asked me to get it to 200.00, until they became available there and prepared a customized one and tested it on my new car and in the special trunk. All with a few tens of euros. Very kind, prepared and very honest. Thanks
