★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati per fare la rasatura armata di 3 facciate di un immobile sito nel comune di San Fior.
L'azienda appare strutturata e ispira di certo fiducia, motivo per cui (essendo anch'essa ubicata a San Fior) ci è sembrato saggio contattarla prima di sentire (eventualmente) altri pareri.
Purtroppo in 3 settimane e dopo svariate telefonate non sono nemmeno riuscito ad avere un preventivo,
o meglio nemmeno l'appuntamento per far visionare l'immobile.
Posso capire il carico di lavoro ma altre realtà, contattate giorni dopo, ci hanno già fornito da tempo preventivi puntuali.
Alla peggio ci sarebbe bastata una semplice risposta del tipo "siamo troppo carichi di lavoro e al momento preferiamo non prendere in carico altri cantieri".
Trovo irrispettoso far chiamare più volte un cliente senza mai (come concordato telefonicamente) ricontattarlo.
Senza contare che riuscire a parlare telefonicamente con qualcuno è una vera impresa.
Inutile dire che ci siamo rivolti ad un'azienda più rapida e puntuale.
I contacted them to do the armed shaving of 3 facades of a building located in the municipality of San Fior.
The company appears structured and certainly inspires confidence, which is why (since it is also located in San Fior) it seemed wise to contact it before hearing (possibly) other opinions.
Unfortunately in 3 weeks and after several phone calls I couldn't even get a quote,
or rather not even the appointment to have the property viewed.
I can understand the workload but other realities, contacted days later, have already provided us with timely estimates for some time.
At worst, a simple answer such as "we are too busy and at the moment we prefer not to take charge of other construction sites" would have been enough.
I find it disrespectful to have a customer call several times without ever (as agreed by telephone) contacting him again.
Not to mention that being able to talk to someone on the phone is a real challenge.
It goes without saying that we turned to a faster and more punctual company.
