Sono stata seguita per l'acquisto di una street triple da Marco il quale si è dimostrato assolutamente disponibile a capire le mie esigenze, i miei dubbi e a venirmi incontro in ogni modo con grande competenza, professionalità ed empatia (dote che raramente ho riscontrato in venditori di altre case). Consiglio l'acquisto del marchio Triumph a chi cerca feeling di guida immediato e soddisfazione garantita in ogni spostamento. Una moto che sicuramente quando la guidi ti fa battere il cuore più forte! I really want to share my super positive experience. I was followed for the purchase of a street triple by Marco who proved to be absolutely available to understand my needs, my doubts and to meet me in every way with great competence, professionalism and empathy (a skill that I have rarely found in sellers of other houses). I recommend the purchase of the Triumph brand to those looking for an immediate driving feeling and guaranteed satisfaction in every journey. M	Mauro Scotton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la terza volta che mi rivolgo a loro dopo aver provato altre officine in zona...Non posso che dire gentilissimi sia telefonicamente che di persona...La prima volta addirittura dopo avergli fatto perdere 1 oretta in consulenza non mi hanno chiesto 5 lire....anzi da quei consigli ho risolto uno dei problemi che avevo sulla mia tigrotta ..Oggi onestissimi una 20tina di euro per rimappare la moto.....Paolo (il meccanico) tanto di cappello ,disponibile e competente.......quindi per il momento non posso che consigliare questa concessionaria nonche' officina .. Paolo in officina poi è preparatissimo ed ha risolto tutto in pochissimo tempo. Ci voleva una nuova concessionaria così, tutto perfetto. Beautiful showroom, well organized with friendly staff who are always available, even for a chat. Paolo is very well prepared in the workshop and has solved everything in a very short time. We needed a new dealership like this, everything perfect.

e	enrico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato concesso di provare la Triumph trident 660 che dire fantastica, convinto di comprarla lascio al venditore la mia mail per un preventivo, ma dopo giorni non mi arriva nulla. Decido di inviargli una mail con mio recapito ma dopo giorni nessuna risposta. Penso che sia io ad aver sbagliato indirizzo mail allora ricontrollo e riinvio la richiesta per il preventivo della moto. Passata una settimana e stufo di attendere lascio stare il tutto. Che dire poca professionalità da parte dei venditori per questo ho messo 2 stelle. I was allowed to try the Triumph trident 660 which to say fantastic, convinced to buy it I leave my email to the seller for a quote, but after days I get nothing. I decide to send him an email with my address but no reply after days. I think I am the one to have the wrong email address, so I double-check and resubmit the request for a quote for the bike. After a week and tired of waiting, I leave everything alone. What about the lack of professionalism on the part of the sellers for this I put 2 stars.

Paolo in officina, gentilissimo mi ha spiegato tutto prima che gli lasciassi la moto. Marco in negozio, che tra l’altro è ben fornito, tra moto accessori e merchandising, è disponibile e gentilissimo allo stesso modo. Mi hanno proposto la moto sostitutiva, una street twin che mi ha divertito tantissimo anche nel poco tempo che l’ho usata. La moto mi è stata riconsegnata impeccabile e lucidata nelle parti più esposte. Si vede che se ne prendono cura fin nei dettagli!Ciliegina, nuovo portachiavi Triumph. Che dire, fantastici.
