Worst front desk person you could every possibly want to deal with. She should be fired at the very best. Call and call and call and they she hangs up on you. Why she’s an employee is beyond frustrating. Just another dependapotamous that shouldn’t even be given the time of day let alone a job dealing with people

Great ? hotel!

Spent 3 months here and i was very pleased with the service. The service staff is very friendly, communicative, and with hard to meet your needs. The rooms are clean and well maintained. If you get the family room you can enjoy a larger fridge and a place to cook some basic food. Very helpful with the always hungry kids.

Clean and VERY convenient. We are a family of three with a small dog. All pet rooms appear to be on the 1st floor and tiled. The location of this hotel is perfect for being able to go everywhere needed without a car. The breakfast gets old quick if you are here for a long time. Breakfast is free so it’s still better than nothing. There’s a cappuccino/hot chocolate machine available 24hrs a day for free and also vending machines. Laundry machines are located on all floors (speed queens)and are always available and free to use. The newest wing (3rd wing) has smaller living rooms but are newer with a separate locking bedroom. The living area has a pull out queen bed sofa, large storage cubby that fits large pieces of luggage. The bathroom sink vanity is separate than the toilet/shower/tub area. The ceilings are high and closet space is large with additional armoire(which can stack luggage on top), 2 dressers, 2 end tables, 2 nigh stands, desk and kitchenette with sink, full fridge and two stovetop burners. Pots, pans and utensils are all in kitchen cabinets. You have all the basics staying here. The 24 hr gym and track is across the street and the bowling alley is the closest place for food. The 501 club is a bar next door that’s open from 5-7. All errands and paperwork can be accomplished within walking distance. The hotel will let you borrow a walking cart to transport groceries. Bike racks and playground in the front of hotel, Plenty of parking in front and behind the hotel. Housekeeping comes everyday to refresh towels and make the beds. They also deep clean twice a week. Housekeeping has been great and I’m usually very critical. We had a minor leak while staying here and maintenance came immediately and also offered to change our rooms while they fixed it, we opted out since it only took them an hour. I didn’t have high expectations staying here, but the convenience is amazing, fits ALL of our items and is kept clean. I would choose to stay here again over other hotels nearby. Book immediately (via email) once your dates are known.

Whoever was on front desk duty last night (Sunday) had her feet kicked up, shoes off and watching a show on her computer. She also had the gall to give me an attitude after I asked for my room key to be fixed. Then people wonder why Army lodging is often avoided.

Was a pleasent stay even when we had to spend 2 months here with a large family.

Army lodging that offers several amenities such as laundry and breakfast. Convenient location, close to the track and gym.

Offers 24 hrs, "Free coffee or tea" from the vending machine- taste great ?. The area and halls smelled like dog, which is not pleasant if you're like me and don't own a dog. The management works with you (me) to change my dates more than twice. Greatest advantage is the location. Everything that is needed is within walking distance.
