Nessun problema se non nel fatto che mi hanno dato una taglia S, sono alto 173cm (l unica che avevano di quella categoria) L ho acquistata di lunedí ed il sabato l ho riportata dicendo che è piccola x me. Assolutamente non me l avrebbero cambiata e così hanno modificato l attacco del manubrio ed all inizio pareva migliorare. Col continuo utilizzo, capisco che è l interesse manubrio/sella è corto e su tragitti lunghi (x me 30km sono molti) ho dolore al collo. Sete di vendete tutto/subito non paga. Per questo motivo dò 1 stella. I bought an Olimpia mtbk in April. Entry level bike but it was what I was looking for. No problem except in the fact that they gave me a size S, I'm 173cm tall (the only one they had in that category) I bought it on a Monday and on Saturday I brought it back saying that it is small for me. They absolutely would not have changed it and so they changed the stem of the handlebar and at first it seemed to improve. With continuous use, I understand that the handlebar / saddle is interest is short and on long journeys (for me 30km is a lot) I have neck pain. Thirst to sell everything / immediately does not pay. For this reason I give 1 star.

Prezzi adeguati e giusti. Permutano anche l'usato su acquisto del nuovo.Avrebbero meritato anche 5 stelle se non avessi avuto la sensazione che per quanto riguarda la permuta abbiano utilizzato un giochino per valutare al ribasso la quotazione del mio usato. Mi avessero offerto direttamente la stessa cifra senza fare il teatrino del proprietario buono e del proprietario cattivo avrei accettato il valore offerto, ma così no, ho preferito tenermelo per regalarlo a qualcuno. Comunque ho effettuato ugualmente l'acquisto e sono contento della bicicletta. È la seconda volta che porto la bici di mio figlio per danni al cambio ed è la seconda volta che in pochi minuti risolvono il problema, la prima volta senza chiedere nulla e la seconda con compenso irrisorio. Nonostante ci fosse parecchia affluenza, essendo sabato pomeriggio, hanno "operato" subito per "non lasciare il bambino senza bici nel weekend". Se non è attenzione alla clientela questa! Consiglio sicuramente. Kind, honest and effective. Importante segnalare che i prezzi sono ragionevoli come scoprirete chiedendo in negozio, magari si avvicinano a quelli dei prodotti che trovate su internet ma per l'acquisto sul web avrete solo da perdere perché l'assistenza al cliente di Edencicli è considerevole sia nel prevendita sia nel postvendita. Infine i fatti parlano da soli: se questo negozio è aperto nonostante una valanga di crisi economiche alle spalle c'è un motivo ben preciso, ovvero quello scritto qui sopra corrisponde alla qualità offerta da Edencicli. Mi dispiace ma assolutamente il manubrio non era nella posizione iniziale,uso questa bicicletta da 4 anni e conosco più che bene l'assetto che ho. Purtroppo non ho avuto un buon riscontro neanche alla richiesta di vedere una bici nuova per mio figlio. Peccato perché avevo già acquistato 2 bici per i miei figli e la qualità è buona.
