Sapori profondi e di una volta... che hanno un 'anima. La bellezza della natura che circonda il locale, a ridosso del fiume Rubicone chiude il cerchio di questo ritorno al passato.... Detto ciò... Non resta che augurare a tutti un sincero buon appetito..! Setting foot in the Edamus restaurant .. It means taking a dip in history. . The passion and love that the owners put into presenting the dishes excite ... Deep flavors and of the past ... that have a soul. The beauty of the nature that surrounds the restaurant, close to the Rubicon river closes the circle of this return to the past .... Having said that ... Nell'attesa di provare il rinnovato giardino esterno abbiamo cenato con estrema soddisfazione, dal servizio, alla quantità e qualità del cibo. Buono il prezzo in rapporto a tutto il resto. Torneremo sicuramente a provare altre pietanze del menù. Mi è piaciuto anche avere qualche informazione sulla storia del luogo. Consigliatissimo For the first time with current management. Accoglienza discreta, inizialmente quasi timida (che a dir la verita' preferisco a quella dei troppo "chiacchieroni"), ma sempre attenta e puntuale. Nel complesso la qualita' del cibo e' molto sopra la media dei ristoranti della zona ed i prezzi per questo sono del tutto adeguati. I piatti migliori sono stati i ravioli, la tagliata ed il dolce al cioccolato a forma di sigaro. Infine i gestori hanno risolto brillantemente una incomprensione sulla cottura della carne, che devo ammettere in realta' causata da una scarsa conoscenza da parte nostra della tipologia di taglio offerta. Carta dei vini non tanto estesa, ma sicuramente ben scelta, con un ricarico minimo. Il ristorante è situato in una zona storica di Savignano sul Rubicone chiamata piazza Castello. Ho apprezzato molto le proposte del menù a base di carne. Ci tengo a precisare che potete ordinare anche del buon pesce fresco. Un dettaglio importante è l’accoglienza e la spiegazione nei dettagli dei singoli piatti e dei vini da parte dei gestori Massimo e Tatiana. Insomma impari a conoscere cosa mangi e cosa bevi in un clima molto amichevole. Vi segnalo il primo con i cappellacci ai funghi e porcini con il guanciale croccante e il dolce con il sigaro di cioccolato. Sia per una cena romantica in coppia o una tavolata con amici potete restare sicuri che farete una bella figura.
