Indisponibili a risolvere problemi creati da loro. Non rispondono più a chiamate o messaggi che siano dopo le lavorazioni.
Mi hanno fornito una centralina motore per una volvo. Nel prezzo era inclusa la clonazione dei dati dalla vecchia alla nuova. Mi rimandano la centralina la macchina non parte. Ho perso moltissimo tempo(non pagato) dietro questa macchina, mille prove, mille sostituzioni di pezzi che potrebbero causare problemi. Alla fine viene fuori che è la centralina clonata male.
Ho perso 4 mesi di tempo. Per non parlare del cliente... E la figura che ho fatto per colpa loro.
Morale della favola: si presentarono come esperti della particolare centralina che gli mandai e non lo erano.
Ho provato in tutti i modi a chiedere assistenza ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta sia telefonicamente si su sms o whatsapp.(visualizzano i messaggi e non rispondono)
Penso che non ci si comporti così.
Infine ho tentato senza successo a richiedere un piccolo rimborso, così da far fare il lavoro ad una persona esperta.. Invece nessuna risposta..
Il comportamento è stato inaccettabile.

Unwilling to solve problems created by them. They no longer answer calls or messages that are after processing.
They gave me an engine control unit for a volvo. The price included the cloning of data from old to new. They send me back to the control unit, the car doesn't start. I lost a lot of time (unpaid) behind this machine, a thousand tests, a thousand replacements of parts that could cause problems. In the end it turns out that the control unit is cloned badly.
I have wasted 4 months. Not to mention the customer ... And the figure that I did because of them.
Moral of the story: they presented themselves as experts of the particular unit that I sent them and they were not.
I have tried in every way to ask for assistance but I have not had any response either by phone or text message or whatsapp. (They display messages and do not reply)
I don't think that's the way it is.
Finally I tried unsuccessfully to request a small refund, so as to make the work done by an expert person .. Instead no answer ..
The behavior was unacceptable.
Again NOT RECOMMENDED.
