★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avere effettuato la pulizia regolare come ogni anno,trovandomi nella necessità di un intervento per la mia caldaia Baxi in difficoltà, dopo appena due mesi dalla pulizia mi viene detto di rivolgermi ad un altra assistenza perché loro non assistono più la mia caldaia,per mancanza di ricambi. Trovo estremamente scorretto lasciare un cliente in difficoltà, quando appena due mesi prima era tutto a posto. Quindi è mia opinione che questo comportamento sia altamente scorretto nei tempi e nei modi.
After carrying out regular cleaning as every year, finding myself in need of an intervention for my Baxi boiler in difficulty, after just two months from cleaning I am told to contact another assistance because they no longer assist my boiler, for lack of of spare parts. I find it extremely unfair to leave a customer in trouble when everything was fine just two months ago. So it is my opinion that this behavior is highly incorrect in times and ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei attestare la serietà ed onestà di questa ditta e la disponibilità di Fabio Bedostri. Benchè ero fuori garanzia, dopo aver provato a ripararla, mi hanno sostituito gratuitamente l'unità esterna delle pompe di calore. La ditta avrebbe potuto benissimo eccepire la decadenza, ma onestamente hanno riconosciuto un difetto originario e sostituito la macchina.
A parte ciò devo dire che professionalmente parlando sono molto bravi e disponibili. Alla lode aggiungo perciò i ringraziamenti.

I would like to attest to the seriousness and honesty of this company and the availability of Fabio Bedostri. Although I was out of warranty, after trying to repair it, they replaced the outdoor unit of the heat pumps for free. The company could very well have pleaded the forfeiture, but honestly they recognized an original defect and replaced the machine.
Apart from that I must say that professionally speaking they are very good and available. To praise I therefore add thanks.
