Una persona acida e ignorante che cercherà in tutti i modi di vendervi a prezzo d'oro i suoi disgustosi prodotti. Ovviamente non c'è modo di parlare con la dottoressa, vi risponderà sempre la "plurilaureata" (nell'università della vita) segretaria. Non perdete tempo con un servizio così scadente, riferitevi a qualcuno più competente !
