★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come azienda ci siamo affidati a loro per i telefoni sia da riparare che nuovi, le cartucce e la carta e devo dire che il titolare è molto preparato oltre la qualità del servizio.Soprattutto parla Italiano!!! Consigliato, fatevi un giro in negozio, negozi cosi sono rari oggi.

Sono andata qualche mese fa per farmi riparare il telefono (caduto in acqua), dopo poco mi è stato riconsegnato un po' aperto, da precisare che se non lo facevo notare io nessuno me lo avrebbe detto.
Dopo due giorni il telefono si crepa dal nulla, chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni e la risposta che ottengo è questa "ascolti non voglio sentire storie perché il telefono non può spaccarsi da solo, se è così l'unica cosa che mi viene in mente è che c'è dell'acqua nella scheda madre".
Quando sono andata a ritirare il telefono mi è stato detto che la scheda madre non aveva assorbito acqua e che era un problema di schermo e inoltre mi è stato detto anche che nel caso lo schermo si sarebbe rotto non c'era nessun tipo di assicurazione.
Chissà come mai le cose non coincidono, la verità è che avete rubato 90 euro e il telefono, al posto di funzionare, ha più problemi si prima.
Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Se fosse stato possibile non avrei dato stellle.

I went a few months ago to get my phone repaired (it fell into the water), after a while it was returned to me a little open, to be noted that if I did not point it out no one would have told me.
After two days the phone breaks out of nowhere, I call to ask for an explanation and the answer I get is this "listen I don't want to hear stories because the phone can't crack by itself, if so the only thing that comes to mind is that there is water in the motherboard ".
When I went to pick up the phone I was told that the motherboard had not absorbed water and that it was a screen problem and I was also told that in case the screen would break there was no insurance.
Who knows why things do not coincide, the truth is that you have stolen 90 euros and the phone, instead of working, has more problems than before.
Absolutely not recommended.
If it were possible I would not have given stars.

Mi reco in questo negozio di vendita, assistenza,riparazioni di PC, smartphone eccetera e rimango sbalordito dalla pochissima professionalità del ragazzo in negozio dietro una galera di plessiglas!!!
Avevo un problema con ssd esterno portatile acquistato,NON DA LORO, che secondo me non funzionava e la sua risposta è stata quella di dirmi "io vendo i miei e non ho tempo neanche di darci un'occhiata " SCANDALOSO e senza professionalità e anche molto arrogante.
Non andateci è il mio consiglio andate da dei professionisti e non da dei tira a campare come questo soggetto.
Probabilmente è un negozio destinato a chiudere con un elemento maleducato come lui w senza professionalità in n negozio.
NB. Mi reco dopo in un altro centro di assistenza dove mi hanno accolto a braccia aperte e professionalità da vendere e addirittura risolvendo il problema i cinque minuti!!!! NON ANDATECI È VERGOGNOSO

I go to this shop for sales, assistance, repairs of PCs, smartphones, etc. and I am amazed by the very little professionalism of the guy in the shop behind a jail of plexiglas !!!
I had a problem with external portable SSD purchased, NOT FROM THEM, which in my opinion did not work and his response was to tell me "I sell mine and I don't even have time to look at them" SCANDAL and without professionalism and also a lot arrogant.
Do not go there is my advice go to professionals and not to live like this subject.
It is probably a shop destined to close with a rude element like him w unprofessional in n shop.
NB. I then go to another service center where they welcomed me with open arms and professionalism to sell and even solving the problem in five minutes !!!! DON'T GO THERE IS SHAME
