Cartuccia riconosciuta come difettosa che non potevano sostiurmi immediatamente xchè non ne avevano in magazzino ( già questo la dice lunga sulla qualità del rifornimento e del personale) mi hanno proposto il solito buono da spendere poichè la cartuccia sarebbe arrivata FORSE 5 giorni dopo! Poi in alternativa mi hanno proposto di fare causa! Ma andate a quel paese!

Cartridge recognized as faulty that they could not replace me immediately because they did not have any in stock (this already says a lot about the quality of the supply and the staff) they offered me the usual coupon to spend as the cartridge might have arrived 5 days later! Then, alternatively, they proposed to sue me! But go to that country!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si parla di "professionalità" sembra che si voglia utilizzare un parolone per giustificare prezzi altissimi. Ci serviamo da Sergio da circa 5 anni in quanto per me uscire per portare in assistenza una stampante, o prendere delle cartucce implica un eccesso di spese. In 5 anni le cartucce sono sempre arrivate puntuali, senza spese spedizioni in massimo un giorno o a volte il giorno stesso (comunque noi ne teniamo sempre una scorta decente). Per le stampanti Sergio è sempre arrivato velocemente a fare manutenzione sul posto o a portarsela nel suo laboratorio in caso servissero manutenzioni più impegnative. Si è prodigato più volte per sostituzioni in garanzia e dove possibile anche al di là del periodo di garanzia di base, nel caso la situazione fosse possibile. In sintesi per me appoggiarsi ad un professionista significa avere le cose che funzionano con enorme risparmio di tempo e di soldi grazie a servizio e impegno e a conti fatti in questi anni abbiamo risparmiato veramente tanto.
P.s. se avete a cuore la salute vostra o dei vostri dipendenti non usate stampanti laser, chiedete a Sergio che ve lo spiegherà al meglio cosa fare per la Vostra salute
When it comes to "professionalism" it seems that you want to use a big word to justify very high prices. We have been working with Sergio for about 5 years because for me going out to take a printer for assistance, or taking cartridges implies an excess of expenses. In 5 years the cartridges have always arrived on time, without shipping costs in a maximum of one day or sometimes the same day (however we always keep a decent stock). For printers Sergio has always arrived quickly to do on-site maintenance or to take it to his laboratory in case more demanding maintenance is needed. He went out of his way several times for warranty replacements and where possible even beyond the base warranty period, should the situation be possible. In summary, for me, relying on a professional means having things that work with enormous savings of time and money thanks to service and commitment and on balance in recent years we have saved a lot.
P.s. if you care about your health or that of your employees do not use laser printers, ask Sergio who will explain to you what to do for your health

Hanno una vasta gamma di cartucce compatibili e non si fermano solo al "venderti" il prodotto dando anche consigli.
Hanno poi una filosofia ecologica che ti premia com un piccolo sconto se riporti gli involucri ed è cosa che non guasta.
Secondo me sono fra i migliori a Civitanova
Welcoming staff (especially the gentleman with glasses) and competent.
They have a wide range of compatible cartridges and they don't just "sell you" the product by giving advice as well.
They also have an ecological philosophy that rewards you with a small discount if you bring back the wrappers and that's good.
In my opinion they are among the best in Civitanova

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che possa migliorare l'attenzione dovuta al cliente e non solo cercare di vendere divagando in discorsi non attinenti alla sua attività. Pensa poco alla problematica del cliente e consegna come nuova merce disimballata e cartucce senza l'adesivo con estrema disinvoltura. Sa vendere, ma si rischia di sentirsi beffati. Per il resto persona preparata e competente.
