Once I signed the final project, they always kept me informed about the work-in progress, sending me photos and video. The communication was excellent both via mail and WhatsApp. The job delivered in time and perfectly packed! Very easy to make a self assembly. When I saw the furniture finally assembled, I was simply stupefied by the high quality of the bookshelf, all in solid wood. I am really happy with my choice. I highly recommend Ebanisteria Gambella to someone who needs high quality custom made furniture, with great ratio between price and quality.

Roberto chose the most beautiful walnut wood for us and kept us informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship is exquisite. Delivery to London was also not a problem. Grazie mille!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a custom-made display cabinet motivated by the good reviews but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. Below average quality for the price paid. Doors not perfectly aligned, drawers do not glide easily, the glass is easily scratchable which made me think it is acrylic, but the seller says it's not... generally light structure, not robust. Roberto in general accommodates one's wishes but also reacts - surprinsingly - bad when asked to have all metal pieces with the same finishing. Thought it was a basic professional thing to do... The delivery took around 3 weeks and came in 7 parcels like IKEA.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Roberto. I found Ebanisteria Gambella on Etsy. After seeing his impressive furniture designs, I contacted him with a rough drawing of what I needed for an enclosed bookcase. My project had many special features that required attention to details. I was not getting the attention I needed from other furniture designers that I'd used in the past.
Roberto took a passionate interest in the challenges of my project. Erika also stepped in to make sure I was always up-to-date on the progress of Roberto's work with photos, videos, phone conversations, email and text messages. I was provided exact details with color swatches, hardware, and suggested improvements.
He arranged the packaging and shipping. The bookcase arrived as planned with ample padding, and the assembly was really easy on my end because Roberto had carefully labeled each piece.
Ebanisteria Gambella took my simple drawing and made it a reality that was even better than I had imagined.
I am looking forward to my next project with Roberto.

They worked with us on the design and there is so much storage, which we needed. The shipping was clear and again they worked with us on when to ship and of course, everything was packed to prevent any damage. We are already planning to replace all our bedroom furniture with custom items from them!
